Apricot Sundae recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ cup of Sliced apricots.
2 teaspoons of Dark brown sugar.
¼ teaspoon of Grated orange peel.
2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Raspberries.
Slivered orange peel.
Preparation Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of apricots, the sugar and grated orange peel.
2. Spoon the mixture into Sundae glasses. Top with ice cream.
3. Garnish with the remaining apricots, raspberries and slivered orange peel.
