Apricot Sundae recipe
Ingredients:
2 ½ cup of Sliced apricots.
2 teaspoons of Dark brown sugar.
¼ teaspoon of Grated orange peel.
2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Raspberries.
Slivered orange peel.
Directions:
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of apricots, the sugar and grated orange peel.
Spoon the mixture into Sundae glasses. Top with ice cream.
Garnish with the remaining apricots, raspberries and slivered orange peel.
