Apricot Ice Cream recipe

Ingredients:

1 can (17 oz) of apricots, very finely chopped, drained.
1 can (8 oz) of crushed pineapple, drained.
3 lemons.
3 cups of sugar.
1 quart of milk.
1 pint of cream.

Preparation Instructions:

Mix the apricots, crushed pineapple, juice of lemons and sugar.

Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Gradually add the milk and the cream.

Freeze in a 4-quart ice cream freezer.
